Neo Valor provides AI-driven market insights, trading signals, and optional automated order execution via linked broker accounts. The Service is for informational use only.
- Neo Valor does not hold or control your funds. All capital remains in your brokerage or exchange accounts.
- We connect to your broker via API keys with read-only and trade execution access; these keys do not permit withdrawals.
- Past performance of strategies or signals does not ensure future outcomes.
- Trading involves risks including loss of invested capital.
4. No Investment Advice
Nothing on the platform Neo Valor constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice. All AI signals and data are informational. Consult a qualified financial advisor prior to investing. Neo Valor is not a registered investment advisor, broker, or financial consultant.
5. Fees and Payments
Certain features require paid subscriptions. Fees are detailed on our pricing page and may change with 30 days’ advance notice. Taxes are your responsibility. Subscriptions are prepaid monthly or yearly. Refunds are discretionary within 14 days of initial payment for new users only.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service illegally or violate laws.
- Attempt to reverse engineer or extract platform source code.
- Use automated tools to scrape or collect Service data.
- Resell or exploit any part of the Service commercially without permission.
- Disrupt or damage the Service or infrastructure.

11. Account Termination
You may close your account anytime via settings or by contacting We may immediately suspend or terminate access upon breach of Terms. Account data may be removed per our Privacy Policy after termination.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by New York State law, regardless of conflict of law principles. Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration in Unit 101, Raheja Towers, M.G. Road, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560001, India under American Arbitration Association rules. Users in the EU or UK may also seek resolution through their local courts.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms anytime with at least 14 days’ notice via email or platform notification. Continued use indicates acceptance of changes.
